A: Moon began operation under the ownership of Walt Flowers, in Yardley, Pennsylvania in 1971. Moon began production in Chesapeake City, Maryland in 1989 and is currently operating under the leadership of John Pursell. Today, we are proud to say that Moon Nurseries is now an employee owned and operated company.
